This was probably my least favorite day of our vacation. We got up and drove back across the border to spend the day at Waterton. However, in my assessment this national park in Canada feels a lot like Disneyland in that is is overrun and overcrowded and considerably lessened my enjoyment of the awesome scenery there. Take my advice: if you want to see all the cool stuff without the crowds stick with the Glacier side of the park in Montana.
Waterton is of course quite beautiful. There are some awesome lakes and lots of great scenery. Red Rock Canyon was awesome but again overcrowded.
Cameron Lake was also beautiful. On the drive up to Cameron Lake we passed by a big horn sheep prancing down the road with a long line of cars trailing behind it. This picture was taken right out my window while I was driving. It was only a couple feet away from me. It was pretty entertaining as it looked like it was leading the way but not behaving at all like a wild animal should!
Here's a picture from Cameron Lake. It was awesome and we sat on the dock to enjoy the scenery for awhile. We were going to hike but the trail was like a swamp there was so much snow and melted water, so we lamely turned around.
And my mom would be ashamed, but the closest I came to attending church on that was to take a few pictures of a goat and her kid on the lawn of the LDS church building in the town. They were pretty cute!

That's too bad it was so crowded! It wasn't like that when I went there with Bonnie and Peter (although the big horn acted the same...). We canoed on Cameron Lake. Isn't it so pretty? Did you drink any of the water from the ground pump at Cameron Lake, in the parking lot? Gooooooood stuff!
I loved that lake. It was beautiful! If there had been way less people it would have been awesome. Didn't even notice the ground pump water though. :(
